More time lost making a vall to PODS with 0 reaction or acknowledgement. I should be charging them for my time spent trying to speak to somebody at PODS who can resolve this and refund my cash now due to their carelessness and failure to provide agreed service on agreed date - cheapest moving pods.

Nobody reached out to inform us. This is for delivering a PODS Container within Hawaii from the island Oahu to Kauai island. When we reserved (national number) we were informed twice all we require is a 24 hour directs to move our pod from the holding place. We selected pods because we 'd be in quarantine for 14 days and required the time while we waited to hold our stuff before it got shipped.
Our circumstance was made complex because Kauai is remote. Had we known that the container needed to be delivered back from Kauai to Oahu and back at the lot in order to prevent paying another $365 in month-to-month lease, we would have coordinated better on our end with scheduling (moving options). However, we did nit get one call or e-mail from the regional or national workplace notifying us of our special situation.
Our month container rent was up on 10/25 and the soonest we could deliver out was 10/30 by the time I called them on 10/22 & 10/24. In my head I thought I needed to send it out a day prior to our month was up (once again due to the fact that we were not given the full information to make an educated choice).
The pod was sent out back and it reached Oahu by 11/12 (Keith at the Hawaii workplace informed us that as an approximated return date). We feel deceived due to the fact that my partner and I are really educated and intelligent individuals, and due to the fact that this business failed to provide us the total information about our special situation (island hopping and having container back within a months time).
They would not even prorate us for a partial month in light of their drawback. Likewise the local workplace had no power or capability to aid us with correcting our situation and we were informed to submit a dispute. Did not receive a call that there were any issues, the truck left without notice and other pickups were cancelled. I attempted to get in touch with PODS, after waiting on hold 45 min I was informed that they could not reach the facility and there was no manager I can talk to.
In June I had the same issue when pods were moved. The chauffeur threatened my hubby and my10 years of age son because he did not like where he had to place the pods. I again attempted getting in touch with somebody, no call back or email. This is undesirable. I need the pods got rid of.
